Independent, all brands — not a brand's authorised centre
When people search for a "service centre" they usually want one thing: someone who knows these appliances, comes quickly and fixes it properly. That is what we are. We are not the authorised service centre of Elica, Glen, Faber, Kaff or any other manufacturer, and we never say we are.
What that means for you: we work on every make, old models included, and on a hob, stove or chimney the maker no longer supports. We use genuine parts where the maker supplies them and tell you when a part is not genuine before fitting it. A repair under the maker's warranty is the maker's to do, so for an appliance still in warranty call their service line first.

Gas safety comes first
If you smell gas, do not touch any switch and do not light anything. Close the regulator on the cylinder or the PNG valve near the stove, open the doors and windows, get everyone out and call from outside: 1906 for LPG, or your gas company's emergency number for piped gas (it is on the bill).
Do not try to repair a gas pipe, valve or regulator yourself. Our technician leak-tests every joint he touches, before and after the work, and the hose is changed when it is cracked or past its date.
