Common Butterfly gas stove problems we fix
Burner not catching or lighting late
Blocked ports or a weak spark. Cleaned, electrode replaced if cracked.
Low flame on one burner
A clogged jet on that burner. Cleaned and the air mix reset.
Knob leaking gas
Tap valve replaced and leak-tested.
Pan support or glass damaged
Replaced with a matched part where available.
Butterfly models and ranges we see most
Not on the list? Most Butterfly models share parts with one that is — call and ask.
Parts and warranty
Butterfly burners, valves and knobs are available for most models; glass tops depend on the model, and we say so before the visit if you tell us which stove you have. Our work carries our own service warranty; parts carry the maker's.
HouseTech Care is an independent multi-brand service, not Butterfly's authorised service centre. We use genuine parts where the maker supplies them and say so when we cannot.
