HouseTech Care repairs and services home appliances across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur. Chimneys, gas stoves and hobs, geysers, RO water purifiers and gas pipelines — installation, servicing and repair.

How we work

You call, WhatsApp or send a booking request. We confirm a slot, usually the same day if you reach us before evening. The technician checks the appliance, tells you what is wrong and what it will cost — including any spare part — and only then starts. You pay once the job is done and working.

Why no advance

Because you have not seen the work yet. A diagnosis on the phone is a guess; a diagnosis at your kitchen counter is a quote. We would rather show you the problem, agree the cost, and earn the payment.

On spare parts

Parts are charged separately and always shown to you before fitting, with the price. If a part is not needed, we will say so — a chimney with weak suction usually needs cleaning, not a new motor, and we will tell you that even though cleaning costs less.

Our technicians

Each technician is trained on the category they are sent for. A hob has an ignition module and a flame-failure device that a plain gas stove does not; a geyser combines water, 230 volts and pressure. These are not interchangeable skills, so we do not treat them as such.
