Booking a service

Tell us the appliance, roughly what it is doing, and your area. That is enough for us to send the right technician with the right parts on the van, which is usually the difference between one visit and two.

An existing booking

Call the same number and mention your booking reference or the number you booked with. We can reschedule, change the address, or send the technician back.

Something went wrong

Call us. We would rather hear it directly and put it right than have you live with it.
