This explains what we collect when you book with HouseTech Care, why, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your name, mobile number and service address, because a technician cannot reach you without them. Optionally the note you write about the problem. If you allow location access, we use it only to pick the right city on this site — the coordinates are not stored or sent anywhere.

What stays in your browser

Your selected city, your booking list and your saved address are stored in your own browser and never leave it until you submit a booking request. Clearing your browser data removes them.

How we use it

To call you back, confirm a slot, send the right technician, and follow up on the work. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone who is not working on your job.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for our own service history so we know what was done last time on your appliance. Ask us and we will delete yours.

Your rights

Write to info@housetechcare.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can withdraw location permission at any time in your browser settings and still use the site by picking a city manually.
