Common Hindware gas stove problems we fix
Knob hard to turn
Heat dries out the grease inside the gas valve until the knob sticks. The valve is opened, cleaned and re-greased with the right grease for gas valves, then leak-tested.
Every burner low at the same time
When all the burners drop together, the stove is rarely the cause. It is the regulator, a kinked or old hose, or an LPG cylinder near empty on a cold morning. We check from the cylinder or PNG meter forward.
Flame wavering or burner cap rattling
A cap that has warped with heat or does not sit flat on its burner head gives an uneven flame and sometimes a lift-off. Replaced and the flame set.
Glass top cracked
A cracked top is replaced with a matching one where Hindware supplies it, never glued.
Parts and warranty
Valves, knobs, burner caps and heads, electrodes and glass tops are the Hindware gas stove parts we change most. Where Hindware supplies the part we fit it; where it does not, we fit a matched equivalent and say so on the bill. Our work carries our own service warranty; parts carry the maker's.
HouseTech Care is an independent multi-brand service, not Hindware's authorised service centre. We use genuine parts where the maker supplies them and say so when we cannot.
