Washing machine in Wakad
Wakad is across the Mula from Baner and the first place people working in Hinjewadi look for a flat, so a lot of what is here is rented — and the machine in the flat usually came with it.
Wakad is rented flats, and the washing machine came with the flat — a top load or a semi-automatic of unknown age, often showing an error code nobody has looked up. The technician reads the code, finds the actual fault and tells you the price before anything is opened, so a tenant can clear it with the owner. Drain pumps, inlet valves and lid switches are the usual culprits on these machines, and they are carried in the van.
We cover Wakad as part of Pune for washing machine repair: the same technicians, the same prices as the rest of the city — the visit itself is ₹250. The technician confirms the amount at your door before starting, and you pay after the work.
Visiting charge ₹250 per visit.

Washing Machine Repair in Pune — frequently asked questions
Most faults are done in one visit of one to two hours. Bearings and a motor are the exceptions, and those are half a day; you are told that before the work starts, not during it.
Usually not. Nine times out of ten there is a coin, a hairpin or a button caught in the filter. The technician opens the filter first and shows you what comes out of it.
The levelling gets checked first, because that is often all it is. If the feet are level and it still shakes, the shock absorbers or the drum bearings have worn.
Yes. Timer, wash motor, spin motor, drain and gearbox, all of it.
Up to a point. If the bearings and the motor have both gone on a machine past ten years, a new one is usually the better buy, and we will say so instead of selling you the repair.
Tell us the make, the model and the fault when you book. The common parts travel with the technician; an uncommon one takes a day and is quoted before it is ordered.
