Microwave in Balewadi
Balewadi sits beside Baner, around the Shiv Chhatrapati sports complex, and is mostly newer high-rise societies — the kind where the washing machine stands on a closed balcony and the outdoor AC unit hangs off a ledge three floors up.
Balewadi's newer flats run grill and convection microwaves, and sparking inside the cavity is the call from here — a chipped cavity coating or a burnt waveguide cover, both repaired at home. A microwave that heats unevenly or whose turntable has stopped is the other. The technician explains what caused the sparking, because a cover left burnt will do it again, and tells you the cost before replacing it.
We cover Balewadi as part of Pune for microwave & otg repair: the same technicians, the same prices as the rest of the city — the visit itself is ₹250. The technician confirms the amount at your door before starting, and you pay after the work.
Visiting charge ₹250 per visit.

Microwave & OTG Repair in Pune — frequently asked questions
That is the magnetron circuit: the fuse, the high voltage diode, the capacitor or the magnetron itself. They are tested in order of cost, so you are not sold the dearest part first.
Stop using it and unplug it. Sparking is usually a burnt waveguide cover, which is a small part, but running it that way damages the cavity, and then the repair is not small.
Most faults, yes. A magnetron or a board sometimes needs the workshop. You are told before it leaves the house, and it comes back tested.
For a solo microwave past eight or nine years with a dead magnetron, often not, and we will say so. For a convection oven or an OTG it usually is.
Yes. Elements, thermostats, timers and the fan on convection models.
No. The latch is what stops it running with the door open. It is an inexpensive part and should be done before the microwave is used again.
We service LG, Samsung, IFB, Whirlpool, Godrej, Panasonic, Bajaj, Morphy Richards, Philips, Bosch and Haier. If your brand is not listed, call — most models share parts with one that is, and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Stop using it until it is looked at. Sparking is usually a burnt waveguide cover or a chipped cavity, both repaired at home; continuing to run it can damage the magnetron, which is a much bigger repair.
