AC in Baner
Baner runs along the Mumbai–Bengaluru highway on the western edge of Pune, and most of it is apartment societies put up in the last fifteen years — split units on the ledges, front-load machines on the balcony, fitted kitchens floor after floor.
Baner's societies went up along the Mumbai–Bengaluru highway in the last fifteen years, and the split units hang on ledges that face it. Highway dust packs the outdoor coil within a season, so the first thing checked is the condenser, not the gas — a clean coil and a jet-washed indoor unit bring most of these back before anyone opens the refrigerant line. The pressure is read and shown to you before a top-up is suggested, and the ledge work is done with the unit covered so nothing in the room gets wet.
We cover Baner as part of Pune for ac service & repair: the same technicians, the same prices as the rest of the city — the visit itself is ₹250. The technician confirms the amount at your door before starting, and you pay after the work.
Visiting charge ₹250 per visit.

AC Service & Repair in Pune — frequently asked questions
Twice a year suits most homes here: once before summer starts and once after the monsoon. The dust in the tricity is heavy, and a choked coil is the usual reason a good machine stops cooling properly.
Usually not. A clogged filter, a dirty coil, a failed capacitor and a stuck fan all look the same from a chair. The technician checks the pressure and shows you the reading before anyone talks about gas.
Not on a machine that lost its gas in a single season. Gas is not used up; if it has gone, it has leaked. A refill without the repair means paying for the same thing twice.
It is printed on the sticker on the outdoor unit. Older machines take R22, newer ones R32 or R410a. Tell us when you book and the technician brings the right cylinder.
No. The unit is wrapped in a waterproof cover and the dirty water runs into a bag, not onto your floor or your furniture.
Tell us where it sits and how it can be reached, from a window, a balcony or the terrace. Most are fine. If it needs a ladder or rope access we say so before coming, not after.

Yes. Baner is inside our Pune coverage, with the usual ₹250 visit charge. Call or WhatsApp with your address and we will tell you the earliest slot.
Once before the summer is the minimum; a unit on a highway-facing ledge usually needs its filters rinsed between services as well, which you can do yourself. The technician shows you how on the first visit.
