AC in Balewadi
Balewadi sits beside Baner, around the Shiv Chhatrapati sports complex, and is mostly newer high-rise societies — the kind where the washing machine stands on a closed balcony and the outdoor AC unit hangs off a ledge three floors up.
Balewadi is high-rise societies around the sports complex, and the outdoor unit is typically three floors up on a ledge no cleaner reaches. That changes the job: the technician comes with the harness and the cover, washes the indoor coil in place, clears the drain line, and checks the ledge unit's fins and fan. Water dripping inside the room in the monsoon is the call we get most from here, and it is almost always the drain, not the gas.
We cover Balewadi as part of Pune for ac service & repair: the same technicians, the same prices as the rest of the city — the visit itself is ₹250. The technician confirms the amount at your door before starting, and you pay after the work.
Visiting charge ₹250 per visit.

AC Service & Repair in Pune — frequently asked questions
Twice a year suits most homes here: once before summer starts and once after the monsoon. The dust in the tricity is heavy, and a choked coil is the usual reason a good machine stops cooling properly.
Usually not. A clogged filter, a dirty coil, a failed capacitor and a stuck fan all look the same from a chair. The technician checks the pressure and shows you the reading before anyone talks about gas.
Not on a machine that lost its gas in a single season. Gas is not used up; if it has gone, it has leaked. A refill without the repair means paying for the same thing twice.
It is printed on the sticker on the outdoor unit. Older machines take R22, newer ones R32 or R410a. Tell us when you book and the technician brings the right cylinder.
No. The unit is wrapped in a waterproof cover and the dirty water runs into a bag, not onto your floor or your furniture.
Tell us where it sits and how it can be reached, from a window, a balcony or the terrace. Most are fine. If it needs a ladder or rope access we say so before coming, not after.
Yes. Voltas, Blue Star, Daikin, Hitachi, LG, Samsung, Carrier, Whirlpool, Godrej, Panasonic, Lloyd, O General, Haier and Mitsubishi.

Usually not. A blocked drain line or a dirty coil that ices and thaws drips long before gas is the problem. The drain is cleared and the pressure read before anything else is suggested.
